- You can return any full price item* within 30 days of purchase for an store credit or a refund.
- We will cover your return delivery (Australia Only and ONLY via our Returns Portal) if you choose to accept an store credit to the value of your returned product(s)
- If you choose a full refund to the value of your returned product(s), you will need to cover the delivery fee back to us, or if you use our Australia Post Returns Portal, a $6.00 delivery fee will be subtracted from your refund (Australia Only).
- Customers who received product(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly are entitled to a full refund and free return delivery.
- Please take due care when trying on any product(s)
CONDITION OF RETURN
- All product(s) must be returned:
- unworn and unwashed
- with all original tags still attached
- not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
- free of make-up or tan marks
- All shoes must be returned:
- in original shoebox (if received with shoebox)
- without postage labels
- Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.
- If you would like to exchange an item, we highly recommend that you purchase the replacement size prior to sending back the return and we will issue you with an e-Gift Card once we receive your unwanted item.
- Under our agreement with Fujifilm, all faulty Fujifilm Instax products must be returned directly to Fujifilm.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- For hygienic reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- hair products
- underwear, intimates and hosiery
- All SALE items CANNOT be returned, (excluding full priced items purchased using a discount code)
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
- Log into your account
- From My Account, click ‘My Returns’ then ‘Request New Return‘
- Find and open the order containing the item(s) you would like to return
- Click ‘Return Item(s)’
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and select the corresponding ‘Reason for returning’.
- Click ‘Create’
If you are in Australia and would like to use our $6.00 return feature:
- Click ‘$6 Return’ to use the $6.00 return
- Please copy the ‘Return Authorisation Number‘ and click ‘I Accept‘
- After being redirected to Australia Post website, enter the Return Authorisation Number and your details
- You can print the label at home or at the post office, and stick the label onto the return using tape

ASSESSING THE RETURN
Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Unreturnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
- Returns are generally processed within 3 business days of receiving your return
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process refunds.
